You can book a boat for a specific date and time to ensure availability before your session.
Confirmation email
After each reservation, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
This email contains a summary of your booking and a personal link to manage your reservation.
Edit or delete your reservation
Using the personal link in your confirmation email, you can:
- Edit your reservation (e.g. date, time, or details)
- Delete or cancel your reservation
No login is required. The link in the email is unique to your booking.
Didn’t receive the confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us.
Report incorrect information
If you notice any incorrect information (for example a wrong location or incorrect reservation details),
please report it to us so we can fix it as soon as possible.
